Writer Anette Gilje (38) got the diagnosis ME in 2000,
following a virus infection which started in 1995.
With the diagnosis she has come to terms with her situation,
and managed to write three books despite her illness.
The film follows Anette
on a journey to explore all the available treatment on the market
in an endless effort to get well and
ends with the discovery of a link between the retrovirus WMRV and ME.
